We keep quote requests and chat records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting order, and for our own bookkeeping and audit requirements after that. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll act on it unless we're required to keep records for legal reasons.

Your quote cart and a random chat identifier are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not as tracking cookies. They exist so your cart and chat history persist across visits from the same device, and are never sent to any third party except in the course of relaying your own messages to us.
