This website lets you browse our catalog and submit a quote request. It is not a store: there are no listed prices, no checkout, and nothing is purchased or paid for on this site. Submitting the quote form or chatting with Julia only sends your request to our team; it does not create an order or any obligation to buy.

After you submit a request, our team reviews it and follows up with you directly (by email, phone, or Viber) with pricing, lead time, and details specific to your order. An order is only confirmed once we've agreed on those details with you directly; nothing on this website finalizes a purchase on its own.

Since orders are finalized off-site rather than through a checkout, payment terms (deposit, balance, method) are agreed upon per order at the time we confirm it with you, not fixed by this page. Ask us directly if you want our current standard terms before confirming an order.

When you upload a logo, artwork, or design file with your quote request, you're confirming you have the right to use it and to have it printed or applied to the items you're ordering. We use what you send solely to prepare your quote and, once an order is confirmed, to produce it. We don't reuse your artwork for any other purpose or share it outside of fulfilling your order.

We try to keep photos, descriptions, and guide prices on this site accurate and current, but actual color, size, and finish can vary slightly by batch, and guide prices are indicative only. Your final quote is what applies to your order, not any figure shown on the catalog.

Please don't misuse this site. This includes attempting to disrupt or overload it, submitting fraudulent or abusive requests, or uploading artwork you don't have the rights to. We reserve the right to decline any quote request at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time as the site or our process changes. The version posted here is the one that applies. Check back if you'd like to review it before submitting a request.
